Austin TX female needs home/foster

I have been working with a Bengal owner in Pglugerville TX which is just N of Austin. His 11 year old female has developed bad litter box habits in that she goes places other than the litter box. It seems I am getting more litter box problems lately?

Jasmine is the cats name. Her owner has tried everything in hopes of correction. I have been working with him for dome time. She has been seen by her vet so no health reasons have be found for her behavior.

There is a 4 year old child in the home but she apparently pays little attention to Jasmine. When Grandma visits each month she brings her small dog. The owner feels Jasmine should be in a home with no other pets. Older children may be okay. IMO Jasmine is no longer getting the attention she probably got when she was younger.

Jasmine really needs to be removed from this home ASAP. The owner us at his wits end and in one email he mentioned having her put down or turned into the pound! Can anyone foster this girl? Anyone have a possible adopter? I am concerned for her well being!
