Hi Everyone!

So glad to find this forum, via my breeder, Libbie Kerr in Ohio.

I live with 2 Bengals - Beau, who is 10 this month, and Nike, who was 5 in April. There is nothing quite like having a Bengal in your midst! People with other types of cats don't quite understand the joy and challenge of Bengal life! I swear, these cats t-h-i-n-k!

So, what is the easiest way to post photos of my guys here? Would someone help me out on this? Usually I'm pretty saavy with these things, however not today, it seems.

Let me know, and I'll enjoy many happy hours here, I know!

I'm new to the Group and a little confused as to how this all works?? I don't know if I got the E-mail from you but I did send you a few pictures for the Calender and I know you said you were busy and would get them up as soon as you could but how do you do it yourself?? Some people have some realy kool headings with their cats names and stuff I'd love to learn how to do? Any help would be appreciated and I know my posts are going through but when I asked a question the owner was the only one to post a reply?? Anyone else out there?
I'm am blessed to be owned by a RW SGCA MYSTRE DILLINGER TOTAL REBELLION Dilly as we call him is also the Founder of The Dillinger Gang Therapy Cat Group. We go to Elementary Schools, Nursing Homes and a special place called Hope House that helps special needs kids that suffer from abuse, autism and AHDH and other situations and work with them either to teach them about the "History Of The Bengal" we show the Clicker Tricks do therapy in nursing in homes and just let the elderly pat them and talk with us and any number of other things we even had a huge second Birthday Party for Dilly with the Hope House Kids with Party hats, Cake and Gifts for Dillinger and they made him two special homemade wooden cats signed by all the kids which we sent one to his Breeder mark Pennington it was great and the kids had a fantastic time!

We're also blessed to be loved and owned by "The Dream Cat" our F1 callista Strike Force aka Striker given to us by Breeder Julie Calderon from Port Orange, FL she has been a great friend and mentor and we have had a great time with Striker training him asd a Therapy Cat as well. They said it couldn't be done but this boy is a sweet as pie and sweeter everyday loves the nursing home folks and children and made the paper along with brother Dily several times as well as bengal's Illustrated's callender last year with his F1 Brother Dakota! Hope we can meet lots of new friends here and learn allot too!

From the questions from several of the new members, a how to post would be helpful.

Your Bengals are amazing. I look forward to seeing more photos, and heading stories about them.
What wonderful therapic service you provide. I would love to see people's face the first time they
meet a Bengal.
I'm very curious about the F1's behavior, and how it differs from older generation Bengals.

The nice signature/header boxes some members have, are made with special photo editing software.
Notice I don't that one, therefore I don't have the software.
Someone else will have to help you with that.
I have my animated signature tags made my a volunteer at another forum.

To post photos yourself, you first need an account at an online photo hosting site.
I like photobucket, and I use the free account.

Thanks so much! :-) Well I am very blessed to be celebrating the second year with my F1 Callista Striker Force aka Stiker.. My Breeder and great friend Julie Calderon blessed me with this famntastic Boy and he just keeps getting sweeter with age. I was told by others I would have problems with a multie cat and dog family but he does great with all my furbabies :-) He is also working as a Therapy Cat though not as much as my bengal RW SGCA Mystre Dillinger. I am so thrilled to be able to share them with everyone here and look forward to viewing everyone else fantastic cats as well :-)

Hi I'm Boz and our Bengal Manx is Ra Don't have pictures of him yet but as soon as I locate my camera I will. He is beautiful! But very very shy. We got him from a rescue they got him from a hoarder. He has been in a cage all he's 6 months of life. He has never been touched. We just got him yesterday and trying to pull him out of his shell. I read your post on New or nervous cat. I can't get to the floor but I'm hoping sitting on my bed and talking well help. I'll post pictures as soon as I can Boz

I once fostered a cat that looked like a blue russian, he was found and was very timid
Never had any human interaction first he had him in my bedroom. Tried to pet him and he would just cower and shake
the room was to big for him at his current state so we put him in the bathroom where it was smaller and easier for him to locate his litterbox.
I had alot of spare time so i sat in the bathroom for about 30-45minutes and eventually he came up and gave me a smell and then moved in closer where i started to try pet him again.
he had a very quick turn right then where he realized i was not a threat and for the rest of the time i was fostering if you left the room and he wasnt ready right behind you he would start meowing until he found me or my sister and start purring when he realized we did not leave him.
So if you have the time to i recommend trying that =)

Hey everyone!

I am Kyle married and in the British army, Originally from Norwich but based in Wimbish Cambridge so we live here now. Came across the forum and as me and the wife have got our selves a son (as i am sure you bengal owners now there like children lol) his name is Bandit as his pedigree name was solargem Bandit hes brown spotted and he was born 02/09/12 and we have had him for around 5 weeks now. He has been nothing but a blessing, Good as gold and tonnes of character! had a few problems but ill talk about them in the correct thread. once i have learnt how to use the forum properly ill upload some photos :)
